- Maintenance End Date: 10th May 2025 (Saturday)
- Maintenance End Time: 01:00 AM GMT+8 (Malaysia Time)
- Expected Downtime: 3 hour
Purpose of Maintenance

1. Service Disruption: There will be a brief disruption in email services during the SmarterMail upgrade, affecting webmail, POP3, IMAP, SMTP connections, and other related services. Our team will work diligently to minimize any potential downtime or inconvenience.
2. No Changes to Credentials: Your current email login credentials will remain unchanged. There is no need to update or modify any passwords or email settings after the upgrade.
3. No Action Required: You do not need to take any action. Once the upgrade is complete, you will be able to access your email services as usual. Your email accounts, settings, and data will remain intact, with no changes to your configurations.
