We have identified that there was a power trip incident that occurred on 16th November 2024 (Saturday). Below are the details of the incident:
Date of Incident: 16th November 2024 (Saturday)
Time of Incident: 6:38PM - 8:00PM (GMT+8)
During the specified time, our engineers identified a power trip affecting the left side of the Power Distribution Unit (PDU). However, equipment equipped with dual power supplies was not affected by this issue.
Upon investigation from our building management DC team, the PDU B breaker tripped due to an earth leakage relay (ELR) trigger. The ELR detected leakage current exceeding the set threshold, causing the protective device to isolate the circuit for safety. The preliminary cause of earth leakage within the PDU B circuit could be insulation degradation or faulty equipment connected to the PDU.
Please be informed that the power has been successfully restored and is functioning properly.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
