As part of our commitment to provide you with the best service, we will be carrying out scheduled network infrastructure maintenance in our Malaysia data center.

Phase 1
- Date: Thursday, 18th September 2025
- Start Time: 10:00 PM (GMT+8)
- End Time: 00:00 AM (GMT+8)
- Estimated Downtime: 5–15 minutes
- Maintenance Window: Approximately 2 hours
Phase 2
- Date: Friday, 19th September 2025
- Start Time: 10:00 PM (GMT+8)
- End Time: 01:00 AM (GMT+8)
- Estimated Downtime: 5–15 minutes
- Maintenance Window: Approximately 3 hours
Service Impact
During this period, network traffic will be rerouted to alternative transits. You may experience brief latency or minimal packet loss when accessing certain destinations. This maintenance will involve your services and your server(s) that is located in our Malaysia data center.
Post-Maintenance Information
Once completed, all services will return to normal operation. Please note that your server IP address will remain unchanged.
Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the downtime as minimal as possible. Our engineers will be available during and after the network maintenance should any issues arise.
