Description Maintenance :
The purpose of this maintenance is to maintain the server performance and stability improvements. To achieve this, we will be performing RAM upgrades, which requires a server reboot to complete the process.

Who will be involved :
GB Network Solutions client using service Business Email Hosting will be involved.

Duration :
Expected Downtime: 5 - 15 minutes.
We estimate around 1 hour to complete this maintenance.

Impact :
The client not able access Business Email Hosting (EmailPro) service and the mail service will not be working.
