Scheduled - As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about a known issue currently affecting the Cloud Panel, as well as the upcoming scheduled kernel update to resolve it.

Details of the Bug:
----------------------------------
We have identified a bug in the Cloud Panel that causes the status of certain VPS to show as "Unavailable".

This issue only affects the following VPS types:
- Windows KVM VPS
- Forex VPS

Please be assured that this issue does NOT affect your VPS itself. Your VPS remains up and running as normal. The "Unavailable" status is only a display issue within the Cloud Panel.

However, due to this issue, the following actions cannot be performed at this moment for affected VPS:
- Reinstall OS
- Reset password
- Access via VNC
- Upgrade / downgrade plan

To check whether your VPS is affected, please log in to your Cloud Panel and review the status of your VPS. If your VPS does NOT show as "Unavailable", it means your server is not affected by this issue.

Maintenance Details:
----------------------------------
To resolve this bug permanently, we will perform a kernel update followed by a server reboot on the date and time below:

Maintenance Date: 25th April 2026 (Saturday)
Maintenance Start Time: 10:00 AM GMT+8 (MYT)
Maintenance End Time: 10:10 AM GMT+8 (MYT)
Expected Downtime: Approximately 20–30 minutes per VPS

We estimate that it will take approximately 1 hour to complete this maintenance, which includes verifying that all VPS and services are operational and working normally.

Important Note: We kindly request that you refrain from making any critical changes to your server starting from 10:00 AM GMT+8 (MYT), 25th April 2026 (Saturday) until the maintenance period ends. We want to assure you that your data will not be lost as we have done a full backup to ensure the safety of your data.

Action Required After Maintenance:
----------------------------------
Once the maintenance is completed and your VPS has been rebooted, please open your MT4 and MT5 applications to ensure they are functioning normally.

Kindly be informed that there will be downtime during the maintenance server. We will update once the maintenance has been completed. If you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please take our sincere apologies for any kind of inconvenience.
