Resolved - Please be informed that earlier today, one of our server nodes experienced an unexpected reboot due to a CPU hardware issue at approximately 5:00 AM. As a result, services hosted under the affected node experienced a temporary interruption for around 2 hours.

Please note that this incident only affected VPS services located within the impacted node and did not affect all VPS services under our infrastructure.

Our team has since completed the necessary recovery process, and the affected services are now accessible again.
