We would like to inform you that earlier today, there was a downtime of around 15:56 until 16:23, we experienced a network connectivity issue that affected all servers connected to the Public Switch port on one of our rack infrastructures.
This was due to a temporary power-down that required a manual reboot of the switch. This incident impacted network connectivity to your services only and did not affect the physical servers or hardware. As a result, there was a temporary disruption to the affected services.
The affected services are minimally impacted and isolated to a single rack R-07-02
