In line with our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of service we deliver, we wish to inform you about the scheduled maintenance for Business Email Hosting (EmailPro) as outlined below.
We will be conducting maintenance activities involving migration and upgrades and will keep you informed through a series of announcements categorized into two phases:
Phase 1 - Migration from current server to a new server
Phase 2 - Upgrade SmarterMail version to the latest version
We will begin with Phase 1 of the maintenance and will provide updates on Phase 2, which will occur on a different date, once Phase 1 is successfully completed.
Purpose of Maintenance

1. Security Enhancements:
Migrating to a new server and upgrading SmarterMail ensures that we are using the latest security features and patches. The older server may no longer receive security updates, making it more vulnerable to threats. 2. Your webmail login credentials will remain unchanged, and all your email data will be fully migrated.
3. To prevent potential data loss, please refrain from sending emails during the migration period.
