- Service Affected: Business Email Hosting - EmailPro - Maintenance Start Date: 9th May 2025 (Friday) - Maintenance Start Time: 10:00 PM GMT+8 (Malaysia Time)
- Maintenance End Date: 10th May 2025 (Saturday) - Maintenance End Time: 01:00 AM GMT+8 (Malaysia Time)
- Expected Downtime: 3 hour
Purpose of Maintenance -------------------------------------
- Performance Enhancements: The new version includes optimizations that will improve overall email performance and system efficiency, ensuring faster and more reliable email delivery. - Security Upgrades: This upgrade will implement critical security patches to better protect your email accounts from potential threats. - Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements: The update addresses known issues and enhances the stability of our email platform, providing you with a smoother user experience.
Please take note of the following:
1. Service Disruption: There will be a brief disruption in email services during the SmarterMail upgrade, affecting webmail, POP3, IMAP, SMTP connections, and other related services. Our team will work diligently to minimize any potential downtime or inconvenience.
2. No Changes to Credentials: Your current email login credentials will remain unchanged. There is no need to update or modify any passwords or email settings after the upgrade.
3. No Action Required: You do not need to take any action. Once the upgrade is complete, you will be able to access your email services as usual. Your email accounts, settings, and data will remain intact, with no changes to your configurations.
