What to Expect During Maintenance
During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Access to the Customer Portal at https://secure.gbnetwork.com
- Ordering new products or services via the portal
- Viewing or managing services (e.g., domains, hosting, servers, etc.) via the portal
- Submitting or replying to support tickets via the portal
- Viewing or paying invoices online
- Managing account or profile settings

Please note:
All your hosting services, servers, and other active subscriptions will remain online and continue to function normally throughout the maintenance window. This maintenance will only affect access to the Customer Portal. We recommend completing any urgent tasks (such as invoice payments or support submissions) before the scheduled maintenance begins.
