We would like to inform you that scheduled security maintenance will be performed on our infrastructure to address a recently disclosed Linux kernel KVM vulnerability, CVE-2026-64561, also known as “Zapscape.”
This maintenance requires the affected physical servers to be rebooted to activate the latest patched Linux kernel and ensure that our infrastructure is protected against this vulnerability.
Vulnerability Details
CVE-2026-64561 (“Zapscape”) is a security vulnerability affecting the KVM component of the Linux kernel. Under specific conditions, this vulnerability could allow an attacker to gain unauthorized root access to the affected physical server.
As a precautionary security measure, we will upgrade the affected host servers to the latest patched kernel version.

Important Note
During the maintenance window, the services listed above may be temporarily inaccessible for approximately 10–15 minutes while the respective physical server is being rebooted.
The maintenance will be carried out in stages within the stated window to minimize service disruption. Customers are advised to save any ongoing work before the maintenance begins.
